How to Apply
To apply for a grant, a teacher or principal must complete a grant application outlining the goals, needs and benefits of their proposal. It must directly involve students and offer creative or innovative learning experiences. The applications are then evaluated by a team of volunteer educators who judge them based on the following criteria:
- Would the project:
Directly involve students?
- Offer creative/innovative learning experiences for students?
- Provide ongoing benefits for students?
- Seek to achieve clearly defined goals and objectives?
- Provide measurable results that can be evaluated upon completion?
Funds requested for educator salaries, release time or professional development are not considered.
