Customer Rate Schedules, Charges and Forms
Below you will find our rate schedules which became effective April 1, 2009 as well as our Residential and FlexPay Application forms. We encourage you to view our Explanation of Charges for a description of each charge on your electric bill. For Small Commercial accounts contact FBEMC offices for more information on Monthly Minimum Charge and Deposit. For Large Power accounts contact FBEMC offices for more information on Determination of Billing Demand, Power Factor Adjustment, Purchase Power Fuel Charge, Monthly Minimum Charge, Deposit and Service Provisions.
