No. SmartTown is only available to French Broad Fiber residential customers. Customers are provided unique access codes to authenticate through PassPoint. Once authenticated, customers can connect throughout town wherever a SmartTown signal is available. If a user disconnects French Broad Fiber service, SmartTown connectivity is disabled.
