An FBEMC specialist works with you to find the best system for your needs & arranges the installation. Our wholesale equipment & labor costs are what you’re charged, with no markup.

Low Interest Loan

Members can take advantage of our low interest loan by borrowing initial installation & equipment funds from the co-op and spreading payments out on your monthly electric bill.

Maintenance Services

NEW OPTIONAL PROGRAM: For a monthly charge to your bill, an FBEMC technician will perform vital cleaning, servicing & maintenance annually.

Overview:

Regular inspection and cleaning enables peak performance, extends the systems functional life, and minimizes repair costs. Over the past 6 years, FBEMC has installed over 3,000 systems and we’ve recognized a need for a hassle free service option. We now offer a program to give members peace of mind and keep their system running for many years to come. For a charge of $20.00 per month added to your bill, FBEMC will clean and inspect your system once per year. We will also make necessary repairs with no additional labor cost. If you have more than one indoor unit, there is an additional $10 charge per unit per month.

Annual Cleaning & Servicing

You might be surprised how much dust and debris can accumulate in a year’s time. Annual inspection & cleaning increase efficiency & may prevent future issues.
