If you can watch a video in the same location on one device and not another, it is generally safe to assume the issue is with the device.<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #ffffff;\"><strong>Solution:<\/strong><\/span> Unplug the streaming device from the power outlet and the TV (if Smart TV, just unplug it from the outlet). Leave it disconnected for at least 45 seconds then plug in and try again once the device boots up.<\/p>\n<\/div><div class=\"fusion-text fusion-text-2\"><p><span style=\"color: #ffffff;\"><strong>2:<\/strong> Streaming services occasionally have issues. <\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #ffffff;\"><strong>Test:<\/strong><\/span> If you can play a video on one streaming service (<em>Youtube TV<\/em>) and not on another (<em>Netflix<\/em>) using the same device, then it generally a temporary issue with the streaming service.<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #ffffff;\"><strong>Solution:<\/strong> <\/span>Restart the streaming app | restart the streaming device | uninstall &amp; reinstall the streaming app. These steps may help with a streaming service glitch.<\/p>\n<\/div><div class=\"fusion-text fusion-text-3\"><p><strong style=\"color: #ffffff; background-color: rgba(255, 255, 255, 0); font-family: var(--body_typography-font-family); font-size: var(--body_typography-font-size); font-style: var(--body_typography-font-style,normal); letter-spacing: var(--body_typography-letter-spacing);\">3:<\/strong><span style=\"color: #ffffff; background-color: rgba(255, 255, 255, 0); font-family: var(--body_typography-font-family); font-size: var(--body_typography-font-size); font-style: var(--body_typography-font-style,normal); font-weight: var(--body_typography-font-weight); letter-spacing: var(--body_typography-letter-spacing);\"> There may be a router issue.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><strong><span style=\"color: #ffffff;\">Test:<\/span> <\/strong>If your video is buffering check at least one other device at the same time to see if it performs tasks online as expected. If the issue is happening on more than one device assume a WiFi or router issue.<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #ffffff;\">Solution:<\/span> Unplug the router from the power outlet.
